The Momentum program is dedicated to empowering youth to have more confidence in their physical abilities. The program is designed for children, who are currently enrolled in sports, and those who are not. We will focus on fundamental movements that will improve strength, coordination, speed, balance and endurance.
As a father of four children and homeschool parent, I recognize the need for kids to learn their health potential. With a degree in organizational leadership from BIOLA University, and a love for physical fitness; I offer a training for youth, which helps them progress physically and gives skills that cross over into any sport. In the momentum workshop they will achieve physical goals and unlock individual potential they didn’t realize they had.
“What gets measured gets improved”
The program will be designed by first, getting a baseline of your child’s ability to perform certain functional movements; then celebrating their success as they improve in each of the movements.

Weekly workshop - 1 hour duration per week (“Momentum” T-shirt and “Momentum” water bottle provided to new enrollees each year! )
